As the PNHB continues to grow, the Board of Directors has identified the need for a formal Strategic Plan to guide our organization’s development over the coming 3 to 5 years. This plan is designed to ensure our long-term sustainability, enhance our musical programming, and better serve the needs of all our musicians.
Your voice is a vital component of this process. To create a roadmap that truly reflects our community, we are seeking direct member input through a stakeholder survey. This is your opportunity to share your perspective on our current strengths and where you would like to see the band head in the future.
Strategic Timeline
We are moving through this process in a focused, three-phase sprint:
• Phase 1: Discovery & Consultation (Current): Gathering data through member surveys and stakeholder interviews.
• Phase 2: Analysis & Drafting (Next 2 to 3 months): Synthesizing your feedback into core strategic pillars.
• Phase 3: Implementation & Launch: Finalizing the framework to guide our operations through the next season.
